Stonnington City Brass is a community brass band based in Malvern Victoria, serving the City of Stonnington and the wider community. The band performs at many events throughout the year including: Council citizenship ceremonies, Christmas carols, RSL commemorations and many other community, corporate and private events.
Formed in 1911, the band is proud of its long history and continuing musical capability. Today, its repertoire contains a wide range of musical styles such as marches, classical music, concert pieces and movie themes. The band welcomes new members of all ages and abilities.
Stonnington City Brass also has a training and development program which includes a beginner group and support for younger or newer players within the main band. Click here for more information.
